Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure for Radiologic Technology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficiency in performing general X-ray procedures, image processing, and patient positioning
• Familiarity with radiology equipment, digital imaging systems, and PACS
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, infection control, and radiation protection protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently as needed
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an X-ray/imaging role preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, explaining procedures and answering questions
• Accurately maintain patient records and exam documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting minor issues as they arise
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to infection control standards
• Participate in ongoing training or professional development as required
