We’re seeking a Counselor / Therapist to join our Clinical team at Ashley’s Residential Program in Havre de Grace, MD. This role blends professional skills with purpose‑driven passion, offering a strategic, forward‑thinking clinical experience that focuses on compassionate, evidence‑based care. You’ll develop treatment plans, manage crises, and enhance patient engagement in a fast‑paced, team‑centered environment. Clinical supervision, education in evidence‑based practices, and opportunities to strengthen diagnostic, planning, and therapeutic skills are available.
