Powersports Technician

Agri Center is looking for an experienced *Powersports Technician* to join our growing team. At Agri Center the Powersports Technician provides exceptional customer service through the servicing of powersports vehicles. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as coordinated with the Service Manager and Powersports Sales Team.
• Promptly diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed.
• Perform inspections as needed.
• Repair, service, or assemble any powersports vehicle.
• Awareness of parts inventory needs to insure prompt repair.
• Stay up to date on product bulletins and technical product changes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and safe work habits.
• Perform additional duties as determined by Service Manager or Powersports Sales Team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of powersports vehicles, including Can-Am and Polaris.
• Strong communications skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house software.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures.
