Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some drivers may be out for 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, which enables efficient operations with 70% drop and hook practices that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings are between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. Our base rates range from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily run east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
