What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient Urology consultations and follow-up care
• Perform procedures including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Support inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures (3-4 per week)
• Collaborate with supportive staff, including MD and MAs
• Document patient visits using Cerner EMR system
• Participate in on-call schedule for night coverage
• Maintain high-quality patient care standards within a hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology
• DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of Urology experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

• Experience with TRUS biopsy
• In-clinic vasectomy experience
• Familiarity with robotic surgery (not required)

About the Assignment This assignment is at a well-equipped hospital with 99 beds, offering modern facilities including robotic surgery capabilities (not required). The role involves supporting a busy outpatient clinic seeing approximately 15-18 patients daily and performing 10-15 procedures weekly. The schedule includes day shifts with on-call nights, providing a balanced work-life experience.
