Quality Engineer - High-Tech Manufacturing (Space Hardware)

Day to Day:

• Work on advanced manufacturing projects supporting cutting-edge space systems (no space experience required)

• Own quality across production-inspections, audits, and process improvements

• Lead root cause analysis + corrective actions (CAPA) to fix and prevent issues

• Partner with engineering + manufacturing teams to drive reliability and performance

• Communicate directly with customers on quality expectations and issue resolution

Must-Have:

• Experience with AS9100 quality systems (required)

• Hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Nice to Have:

• Aerospace or high-reliability industry experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goleta, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr.
