Job Description The Direct Patient Care RN is a licensed professional responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Licenses & Certifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy, Neonatal Resuscitation, BLS, ACLS, RN license. Additional Requirements For RNs hired after specific dates, a BSN must be obtained within five years of hire. Completion of a preceptor class within twelve months of independent practice eligibility.
