On-Floor Production Lead: Safety, Training & Efficiency

OMNI Human Resource Management

Three Dog Bakery is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will guide operators, coordinate workflow, support training, and uphold sanitation and quality standards on the floor. You will lead by example in safety, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to meet targets.
