Service Center ManagerBring your energy to Aggreko as a Service Center Manager based in Cincinnati. You'll provide operations leadership to our Cincinnati, OH and the Charleston, WV service centers.Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you'll do as a Service Center Manager:Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your regionCoach and develop 20-25 technical employeesCoordinate technician and contact labor for job executionOversee the daily operations and logistics of the service centerAccountable for local fleetEnsure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deploymentPartner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teamsLeverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsAct safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetingsYou are:5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience3 years of direct management of technical employeesManage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysisExperience as location safety leaderBachelor's degree or relevant experienceExperience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical backgroundAbility to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.Here's what you'll get:Competitive payAnnual bonus programNo cost premium medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused culture working on brand new technologyOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
