Serenity Healthcare is seeking a full-time psychiatrist who will focus on providing innovative mental health care beyond routine medication management.

The position offers a base salary of $300,000 with realistic total compensation exceeding $450,000, and no on-call responsibilities as it is an outpatient-only practice.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry and possess an active state medical license, with no prior experience in TMS or ketamine therapy required as training will be provided.

The role includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment with an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio.

The Role As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required training and support provided.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
