Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Guide customers through the sales and leasing processes with professionalism and transparency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business. Manage all aspects of vehicle sales including negotiations, financing options, and trade-in evaluations. Collaborate with the dealership team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Stay up-to-date on current vehicle inventory, features, and promotions. Requirements Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced automotive environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and adapt to Beach Chevrolet's sales processes quickly. Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year, paid monthly.
