TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Clifton Springs, New York, 14432!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care / Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Clifton Springs, NY

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 5x8-Hour Shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting with an average daily census of 21 patients across a 23-bed unit
• Maintain a staffing ratio of 1:10 across all shifts
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity as required
• Float to other units as needed to support facility staffing needs
• Complete required pre-start orientation modules prior to assignment start date
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in EPIC is a hard requirement
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility (local candidates are not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred (first-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment)
• Experience in a long-term care or medical surgical/telemetry environment
