Our client, an industry leader in fabrication and manufacturing, is seeking a welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the job?

• Fabricate items such as tubes, walls, and furniture frames using MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Follow pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency of work
• Read order-specific job travelers and engineered drawings to produce items to specifications
• Complete all job duties within given time constraints and perform other duties as assigned

What's needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
