The Surgical Scrub Tech scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Certification as required by state and/or center Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred Orthopedic experience required 23 days per week availability (preferably Tuesday and Thursday)
