# Job Opportunity – Critical Care Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** November 2, 2026 **Location:** Hendersonville, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 36 hours per week, 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period; weekends only position

Highlights:

• Work in a 20-bed Critical Care Unit serving as the highest level of care facility in Sumner County
• Manageable 2:1 patient ratios with unit secretary support on all shifts
• Electronic health record system: Meditech
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE monitors (recently upgraded), Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennett ventilators
• Clinical Transformation & Innovation alpha hub focused on reducing EHR time to maximize patient care
• Contract staff floats before core staff per facility floating policy

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience required
• Active RN license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency managing arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, cardiovascular and vasopressor drips, and ventilated patients
• Experience with bedside central line placement and massive transfusion protocol
