Trustwell Living is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead daily memory care operations and create a supportive, engaging environment for residents living with dementia. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll guide a dedicated team, build strong relationships with families, and help residents experience dignity, connection, and personalized care.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily memory care operations, resident services, and quality of care.
• Coordinate resident assessments, individualized service plans, and meaningful life enrichment programs.
• Support recruiting, supervision, and team training to deliver compassionate, consistent care.
• Serve as a trusted resource for families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with community policies and applicable regulations.
• Partner with sales and community leadership on outreach, occupancy goals, and budget management.

What You’ll Bring

• Current LPN license and CPR/First Aid certification .
• At least one year of supervisory experience .
• Experience managing a memory care program or senior living community preferred.
• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• A passion for working with older adults and supporting their families.
• Availability for flexible hours and on-call responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
