Adams Heritage Nursing PositionThe RN or LPN at Adams Heritage plays a vital role in providing person-centered nursing care, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and independence. They participate in resident and family education, oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in alignment with the facility's mission and standards.This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!Requirements:40 hours per week - First ShiftMonday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMOn Call Every Fifth WeekendValid RN or LPN license in the State of IndianaBLS/CPR Certification RequiredSenior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
