Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekdays and Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform triage assessments and initiate appropriate interventions
• Establish and maintain IV access for patients as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective emergency care
• Adhere to unit protocols and emergency department standards of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active West Virginia RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, triage, and emergency department clinical skills
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Burgundy scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of Emergency Department experience
• Experience in a small Emergency Department setting
• CPI, MAB, NRP, or TNCC certification
