Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Grill Cook to join their team. As a Grill Cook, you will be part of the culinary support team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workspace, ensuring excellent service and quality food preparation.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 10:00am-6:30pm OR 12:00pm-8:30pm

What's the Job?

• Read recipes and product directions to prepare hot and cold foods using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing vegetables and cooking chicken for salads
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably, demonstrating professionalism and commitment
• Support team members and adapt to changing priorities based on business needs

What's Needed?

• 0 1 year of related experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work weekends and flexibility to adapt to schedule changes
• Strong team-oriented attitude and reliability
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
• Good communication skills and a positive work ethic
