Duties include:Processing and preparing fresh-cut vegetables and other food productsCutting, packaging, and labeling products according to order specificationsPreparing products for shipmentMaintaining a clean and sanitized processing areaInspecting products to ensure quality standards are metFollowing food safety guidelines and company proceduresOperating safely around sharp cutting instrumentsCompleting additional tasks assigned by supervisors and managementQualificationsRequired SkillsAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishBasic math and arithmetic skillsAbility to follow instructions accuratelyFlexible and adaptable attitudeAge 18 or olderPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in a processing, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environmentKnowledge of produce or fresh food handlingPhysical RequirementsLift up to 80-100 lbs on a regular basisStand for extended periods of timeBend, squat, push, and pull throughout the shiftWork in a fast-paced production environmentWork in confined spaces as neededAbility to safely use sharp cutting toolsWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain a consistent pace while meeting productivity and quality standards.
