Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain lab refrigeration equipment such as ultra-low temperature freezers, environmental chambers, and chillers. * Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. * Conduct diagnostic testing to pinpoint issues and complete repairs efficiently. * Collaborate with lab managers and facility staff to minimize downtime. * Maintain accurate records of service and repair work. * Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and proper refrigerant handling. * Qualifications: * 3+ years of refrigeration service experience (lab equipment experience is a plus but not required). * Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. * Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Strong customer service and communication skills.
