Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Job Summary Dealer Tire, a family‑owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Base Pay Range: $25.00–$27.00 Responsibilities Deliver the highest quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support a high‑volume of candidates and coordinate onboarding logistics. Build strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers; provide timely updates and counsel during the Workday onboarding process. Track candidate status, manage last‑minute changes, and ensure stakeholders are updated. Enter, track, and communicate screening status on vendor website to qualify candidates for offered roles. Complete new hire Form I‑9s within federally compliant time windows. Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and support implementation of new hiring tools and technologies. Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures and serve as backup to peers as needed. Provide reporting to the recruiting team and business partners; update and create reports in Workday. Assist with other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA preferred. 1–2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience. Excellent attention to detail. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel for analysis). Project and social media experience preferred.
