Data Entry Associate

Sunrift is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support its retail and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining customer, product, order, and inventory information. This remote position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer, product, order, and inventory information into company systems.
• Review and verify records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems.
• Process information from invoices, order forms, receipts, and other business documents.
• Identify and correct missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information.
• Maintain organized electronic records and files.
• Assist with inventory and product information updates.
• Process order-related information and ensure records remain current.
• Prepare basic reports and information summaries for internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, inventory, and fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members while working remote .

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, order processing, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and database systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with retail, inventory, or order-management systems is a plus.
