Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital, Full Time Nights

36 hours/week 7pm-7:30am, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Sign on Bonus Eligible: up to $7,500 for FT Nights

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team. Your expertise will directly support patient goals and improve outcomes in lactation consultation or wound care.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families.
• Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family teaching.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is a 277-bed facility offering advanced specialty care spanning 
cardiology, oncology, neuroscience, orthopedics, women’s services, and more, including treatment at its 
comprehensive stroke center and Level II trauma center. The hospital provides leading-edge treatments and 
technologies to address the diverse healthcare needs of the local community.

Progressive Care, Nursing Unit 4AB: Two units totaling 34 beds. This Unit Stepdown patient population includes tele, cardiac drips, peritoneal dialysis, and surgical patients.
