Sr P&C Project Engineer

Location – Fully Remote

Salaries range from $140k-$175k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes up to 20% and 9/80 schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design of P&C substations, including delivery of complex engineering solutions as well as QA/QC and EOR if applicable
• Prepare scopes of work, develop cost estimates, and lead projects from initial concept through to construction
• Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development xhyhwjd

The successful candidate must have/show:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• PE License (Desired but not essential)
• 7+ years experience in protection & control
• Extensive design experience
• Relay settings is preferred, not essential
