Pay: $13.90 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Night shift)

Location: Sparkman Drive Huntsville, AL 35899

Number of Openings: 2

We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaners to join our janitorial team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and sanitizing duties across designated campus facilities.
Collect and empty trash, compost, and recycling bins.
Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and office equipment.
Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop hard floors.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Complete other cleaning duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience (Preferred).
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, bend, stand, and walk for the duration of the 4-hour shift.
Pre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
