Residential Care Supervisor: Clinical Leader

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead a clinical team, oversee resident care, and ensure adherence to CBT standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the program manager and clinical services, and maintain accurate medical records.

You will provide direct CBT services, participate in staff development, and assist with discharge planning while promoting safe, compassionate care for residents in a residential setting.
