Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Great Plains

argenx

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology demand generation across Denver, Omaha, and Lincoln. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies to support patient access and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to improve patient access
Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and support cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
Strong collaborative skills across complex healthcare environments
Deep understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy
Bachelor's degree required; must reside in assigned territory
