Job Responsibilities Assist supporting new hire orientation process within facilities, teaching/training leading towards successful retention rates. Assist with HRIS data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements as directed. Review of payroll accuracy and compliance with processes with accuracy in data. Coordinate with HR team to help oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate staffing data submission to CMS Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave management programs Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
