A confidential technology services client is seeking a Sage Intacct Practice Director to lead a growing cloud financials practice.

This is a General Manager-style leadership role with ownership of commercial performance, growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and practice profitability. The successful candidate will bring strong finance acumen, full P&L experience, and a proven ability to drive new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own practice-level revenue, gross profit, services margin, and contribution margin.
• Lead commercial strategy and go-to-market execution.
• Drive new logo growth and expand existing client relationships.
• Partner with sales, marketing, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage strategic relationships across clients, vendors, and partners.
• Improve operational performance, profitability, and team effectiveness.
• Identify market opportunities and support long-term practice growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior commercial or practice leader with full P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of finance, margin management, and commercial KPIs.
• Background in ERP, cloud financials, consulting, or VAR environments.
• Extensive Sage Intacct management/leadership experience
• Proven success driving revenue growth and new client acquisition.
• Comfortable operating at executive level with strong GTM discipline. xhyhwjd
