Your role spans from October 1 to June 4, engaging with a caseload of 35-45 students during standard school hours, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This full-time contract assignment offers the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and families, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans in a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements and Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Maryland SLP license in good standing
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for elementary students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Effectively document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals
• Partner with teachers and families to support academic and social success
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in relevant meetings
