PE Assist is currently representing a growing exterior remodeling company that is preparing for significant expansion throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
We are seeking experienced construction sales professionals who have already proven they can build relationships, close business, and generate substantial revenue. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently working in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, restoration, storm restoration, or exterior remodeling sales who may be open to a confidential conversation.
What We're Looking For
You have a history of success and can demonstrate:
• $1,000,000+ in annual sales production preferred
• Strong retail and/or insurance restoration experience
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Leadership potential and interest in future management opportunities
• Self-generated lead experience and pipeline management skills
• Strong communication and follow-through

Schedule
Typical field schedule consists of:
• Monday through Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Select Saturdays during peak season
• Fridays reserved for customer follow-up, appointments, and pipeline management
