Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate data for construction projects, land development, and property boundary disputes. Responsibilities Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and provide detailed reports Prepare maps, charts, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related role Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying tools Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Valid biometric passport for international travel Salary and Contract This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
