Clinical Psychologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and intervention services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges. This role requires expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
- Stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology.
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in [State/Region].
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical and culturally competent practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations, or specialized groups.
- Certification or training in specific therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.
- Research or teaching experience in clinical psychology.
