RN: Patient Care Advocate & Care Coordination

Parkland Health seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care within the nursing practice model. The RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates care while guiding the health care team. Location is Jail North Tower; this is a full-time position.
