Senior Project Manager - Data Migration, ERP & EDI Integration (Remote)

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi‑stream technology initiative involving data migration , EDI integration , and coordination across multiple technical and business teams. This role requires strong delivery leadership, hands‑on execution, and the ability to manage up to 8 concurrent workstreams within a single program.

The Senior PM will drive planning, execution, tracking, and communication across all streams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and timely delivery.

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential 3‑month extensions

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

• Lead and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams within a larger program.
• Maintain alignment across teams, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Drive execution discipline and ensure consistent progress across all tracks.

Delivery Execution

• Own delivery from kickoff through go‑live and stabilization.
• Ensure all work is accurately tracked and reflects real‑time status.
• Facilitate daily standups, status updates, and progress reporting.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans in Jira (Epics, Stories, Sub‑tasks, timelines, resource assignments)

Risk & Dependency Management

• Escalate when timelines, scope, or deliverables are at risk.
• Communicate impacts and required actions clearly and proactively.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies.

Team & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide clear, consistent updates on status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure visibility into progress and alignment across all workstreams.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and integration partners.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Ability to work EST or CST hours.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 8–12+ years of project management experience.
• Strong RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
• Strong, hands‑on experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience delivering data migration, ERP, or integration-heavy initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within a single program.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred (equivalent hands-on experience in project or program management will be considered in place of a degree)

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile certifications.
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Experience with EDI integrations or EDI‑driven programs.
