• Shift: 7.5 24-hour shifts/month (considering a minimum of 5.5 shifts for benefit eligibility)
• Hours/Week: 37.5+ hours (based on shifts)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Active Texas medical license, BC or BE in OB/GYN
• Experience: Prior OB hospitalist or OB/GYN experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $135/hour ( $292,000/year, assuming schedule compliance)

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including triage, admissions, and deliveries
• Support high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
• Assist in Cesarean sections and emergency labor/delivery situations
• Manage OB triage and GYN emergency consults
• Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurses in a Level II NICU
• Cover the OB/GYN unit and respond to emergent situations
• Provide unassigned patient care as needed and assist with private call coverage
• Contribute to a team committed to high-quality, patient-centered care

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of OB hospitalist or inpatient OB experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, including emergency response
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
