Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to efficiently move products throughout the facility. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and learn to operate sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate different forklifts to move products throughout the facility.
• Cross-train to learn the operation of sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks.
• Perform material handling and order picking tasks.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
• Load and unload products, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Participate in shipping and receiving activities.

Essential Skills

• Experience with forklift operation, minimum of 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License as this is a safety-sensitive position.
• Proficiency in order picking and working with RF scanners.
• Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to cross-train and learn various types of forklifts.
• Comfortable working at heights.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Peters, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
