Resilience RX is a cash‑based physical therapy clinic in Nashotah, WI that does things differently for both clients and clinicians. If you’re burned out on productivity standards, double‑booking, and feeling rushed through sessions… this won’t feel like that. You’ll have: 1:1 treatment sessions with your clients Control over your schedule (including time off, appointments, and life outside work) Flexibility to build your week in a way that actually works for you The ability to focus on results, not rushing from patient to patient Monthly training and mentorship We’re a small team that values autonomy, growth, and doing great work without unnecessary rules or micromanagement. Relocation support is available for the right candidate. What this role includes: In‑clinic care with a mix of ortho and pelvic floor clients 1:1 sessions focused on getting real results Collaboration with a small, highly engaged team Involvement in marketing and community relationships (this is set up by the clinic owner) What we’re looking for: Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) 1+ year experience preferred (new grads considered) Willing to treat at least 20 clients/week (25 is full‑time) Open to or trained in pelvic floor (training provided if needed) Compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ annually, based on volume and role structure. #J-18808-Ljbffr Resilience RX
