Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Madison, GA | Morgan County
Schedule: Flexible Day and Night Shifts Available

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing support with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Assisting with safe mobility and transfers
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Monitoring clients for changes in their condition and promptly reporting concerns
• Providing medication reminders as directed
• Following infection control and patient safety procedures
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and members of the healthcare team
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Delivering respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are caring, reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CNA certification or relevant patient care experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and empathy
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow care instructions
• Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control procedures

Preferred:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, assisted living, or a similar setting
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
