Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary This position involves engaging with customers to showcase and sell Comcast Xfinity products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience. The role encompasses achieving sales goals, customer onboarding, issue resolution, and maintaining a professional store environment. Schedule flexibility and adherence to company standards are required to support team success. Responsibilities Engage customers enthusiastically, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, and general service requests. Answer questions about current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading service levels, and processing all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products and services. Keep detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly. Compensation Base Pay: $20.00/hour + commission.
