Senior Workday Analyst

To enhance the HR Technology team, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will manage the configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting while supporting integrations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday functionality across multiple HCM areas, focusing on Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS, Workday Analyst, or similar role Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits and Compensation Experience supporting Workday integrations using technologies such as EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes, and core HR functionality
