Spanish-Speaking Female LVN Preferred – One-on-One Home Care
Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an adult female patient in Los Angeles (90057) .
This is a long-term case with a supportive family. The patient is authorized for up to 10 hours per day, 7 days per week . We offer flexible scheduling and welcome nurses available for full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends, or a combination of shifts.
Patient Overview
- Adult female
- Blind and non-verbal
- Seizure disorder
- Dysphagia
- Oxygen as needed
- Requires assistance with all activities of daily living
- One-person assist with transfers
- Supportive family caregiver in the home
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Vital signs monitoring
- Seizure precautions
- Respiratory assessment
- Oxygen therapy and suctioning as needed
- Aspiration precautions
- Skin integrity monitoring
- Personal care assistance as needed
- Accurate nursing documentation
- Collaborate with the patient's family and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current California LVN license
- Current BLS certification
- Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Spanish speaking required
- Female LVN preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
