Opportunity: Kem Krest is seeking a motivated Financial Planning Analyst to join our Finance team in Elkhart, Indiana. This hybrid role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis activities that help drive informed decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment. Working closely with business leaders, Site Controllers, and finance team members, you will help analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models that project future performance and evaluate various business scenarios.
• Create and update profitability analyses by program, customer, and site.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results to identify trends, risks, and business drivers.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support operational and strategic business decisions.
• Perform return on investment (ROI) analyses for business initiatives and capital investments.
• Partner with Site Controllers to support forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
• Assist with problem-solving and root-cause analysis to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of management reporting tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Contributions:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 0–4 years of relevant finance, accounting, financial planning, or analytical experience. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting concepts.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings
