What You'll Do Assemble and build products using hand and power tools Read measurements and follow production specifications Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Move materials and assist with packaging and production tasks Maintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or general labor experience is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Why Apply? Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Northwood, IA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.58/hr.
