Professionally, you’ll work onsite as a full-time Occupational Therapist serving K-12 students at five schools, supporting 57 students in a collaborative setting with dedicated COTA assistance two days a week. This is a maternity leave coverage from September 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility to extend until April 2027. Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience in school-based, home health, or pediatric OT settings
• Proficiency in OT modalities including teletherapy and fine motor skill development
• Comfort working with K-12 student populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services for K-12 students across five campuses
• Collaborate with educators, families, and COTA partner for holistic care
• Develop and implement treatment plans, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt strategies for in-person and teletherapy delivery as needed
