We serve a variety of clients in multiple industries from private equity-backed clients and large businesses to high-net-worth individual clients. Our scope of services tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, family succession consulting, and more.A Tax Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm. Education and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMaster’s degree in Accounting or related field preferredCPA with 7+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination of bothTechnical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industriesProven ability to manage, mentor and develop a teamStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsCompensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. We take the time to evaluate our employees' wants and needs and invest our resources accordingly. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $141,000 to $290,000 in the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
