In this role, you’ll provide both administrative and operational support to maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the certification engineering team Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and detailed records Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation Review, edit, and format documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency Coordinate certification information between engineering and external agencies Research, compile, and submit required documentation and reports Extract and analyze data from technical documents and reports Maintain organized account files, contacts, and correspondence Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications High school diploma with 1–2 years of additional education Experience as a paralegal, research assistant, or working with technical/engineering documentation preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Pepperl+Fuchs Group
