Role and Responsibilities As a Technician at CCI, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for: Setting up, maintaining, and producing detailed plans, contract documents, and electronic design drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT. Performing preliminary design tasks essential for project completion. Collaborating effectively with CCI team members across multiple departments. Providing robust support to principals, project managers, and project designers. Correcting internal markups and conducting initial quality control checks to ensure compliance with CAD/Revit standards. Managing the transfer of physical and electronic documents to clients. Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess: 2-3 years of experience with an architectural or engineering firm. A related technical or associate's degree. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs, prioritize tasks, and execute high-quality work.
