SEO Strategist →

We’re looking for an SEO Strategist who genuinely loves SEO. Not someone who “does SEO”, but someone who gets genuinely excited about the wins, and genuinely curious about the setbacks. This is not a checklist SEO role. It’s for someone who understands how search is changing, and knows how to turn that into measurable business impact. You’ll own SEO strategy, execution, and performance across key accounts, working closely with Account Managers, content teams, and leadership to turn search behavior into measurable business impact. This is a hands‑on, strategic role with real influence on how SEO is executed across the agency. This role is fully remote, with optional access to our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI. Team members meet in person once a month for collaboration, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh. Who We're Looking For Experience & Skills 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment. Deep expertise across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics. Strong understanding of modern search behavior, including AI-driven search and evolving SERP features. Proven ability to drive measurable organic growth tied to business outcomes Experience with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
